Templates or assets panel are not loading
The servers are unavailable at the moment.
Chances are that the servers are not responding at the moment but everything will be back to normal soon.
While working with the Depicter, you may notice one of these situations:
- There is an error box saying that there is no connection to the Depicter server/host
- The templates are not displaying
- The assets panel is not loading
- Pop-up messages with HTTP 503 error title
All of these mean that the Depicter servers are not responding at the moment but it's temporary and it will be back to normal soon. It can be because of the maintenance or upgrades or any development-related processes.
Just be patient and everything will be back to normal but If the problem persists for you, chances are that your server can not make a connection to our servers which in that case you need to confirm the connectivity between servers.
